“My fondest memory at Ball State has working with the The Prism Project. I’ve been with the organization since my freshman year, and every performance with them is a surreal experience. We get to see kids come out of their shells and have their talents appreciated; I cry every time. Our performance last spring was cancelled, but this year we’re adapting an online version. I’m just excited to get to see the kids again.
“I chose Ball State partially because I love the size of the school, but also because I had opportunities to work with several music education faculty members before college, and I loved my experiences with them. I knew I would be really prepared for my future career.”
