March Madness kicks off on March 17th! Are you looking for some fun ways to celebrate with your office team? Here are a few ideas.

1. Allow employees to celebrate by wearing their team colors on select days.
2. Allow employees to decorate their workspaces with their favorite team decor.
3. Host an office luncheon where employees are invited to bring in their favorite game-day appetizers.
