Ball State University recently hosted visitors from three major technology companies in the Muncie area: Accutech, LEAP Managed IT, and Boyce Systems. Representatives from each company visited classrooms, various departments across campus, and even the Digital Corps to talk about working in tech and potential career opportunities within the industry.

This significant visit allowed Digital Corps students to interact with industry professionals, explore potential career paths, and gain insight into the ever-changing world of technology. After hearing from a representative of each company, Digital Corps students introduced themselves, asked questions, and networked with them.

Computer science major, Connor Vessely, had the opportunity to speak to a business analyst from Accutech.

“It was enlightening to learn more about what he does for the company and made me think of potentially being a business analyst as a career,” Vessely said. “I like the idea of being a business analyst because you have more interaction with the client.”

Thank you to all the visitors from Accutech, LEAP, and Boyce!
