Engagement isn’t just a buzzword.  It is one way of helping us all have meaningful and fulfilling lives.  Engaged employees believe that their basic workplace needs are met and they have an opportunity to contribute to their organization,  experience a sense of belonging, and enjoy opportunities to learn and grow.   Engagement starts with you!  As you begin to have conversations with your coworkers and supervisor, think about how you would describe your best days at work.  What is it that makes these days different for you?  What if you had more opportunities for best days at work?  How productive would you be?  What would it mean for your personal wellbeing?
