It’s week three of our month-long celebration of our Enduring Value, Gratitude. This week we will focus on appreciating our personal strengths as well as the strengths around us. What strengths are you grateful to have? Similarly, what strengths are you grateful that your coworkers, colleagues, family, and friends have? Think about how you’ve benefitted from those strengths.  Celebrate your individual strengths and share how others’ strengths have impacted you. This includes but isn’t limited to CliftonStrengths.
