Over the past several months, a team comprised of members of Enterprise Information Systems, Unified Communications, and the Enterprise Project Support Office (EPSO) have worked together to implement a new IT Billing System, replacing the existing Pinnacle software, which was retired. This system allows IT to bill other departments across campus for services such as phone usage, and other IT services.

The new system is based in ServiceNow, which allowed the group to streamline the development process into a common solution with other business processes. In addition, the creation of this system inside of ServiceNow will allow Information Technology to create any custom reports needed by other departments on campus who use the service.
