October
We’ve made it through the last stretch of the summer. The leaves have turned beautiful colors creating beautiful scenery all over campus and the weather is slightly cooler some days. The transition is apparent in nature. How do you transition into fall? Does this month inspire you? Do you have traditions or activities you look forward to each year? Share with us in the comments below. We’d love to know.
News from Our BA Leaders
Leave Sharing Program – Mark Liebling
Beneficence is more than a statue on campus. She stands as a constant reminder to live with generosity and to hold ourselves to a higher standard – to lift each other up. Through our leave sharing program employees can donate accrued, unused vacation, sick leave, paid-time-off (PTO), or income protection bank (IPB) to help other employees. The program is there in case an employee exhausts all their paid time off due to a serious illness. Eligible employees may request up to 40 hours of leave to help them through a difficult time. Together, we can navigate life’s challenges. Together we fly. For questions about the Leave Sharing Program, please contact the Employee Solution Center.

The survey will take 8-10 minutes to complete. We are eager to learn about the campus community’s experiences and hear your recommendations for future efforts. We want to hear from you! You can find the survey here.
