With the recent university announcements regarding the coronavirus and changes to classes and events, Ball State Information Representatives and the Technology HelpDesk are receiving a high number of calls concerning the situation. Fawn Gary, Associate Vice President for Information Technology and the division’s representative on the university Crisis Management Team, provided the following direction.

“The first source of information should always be the Ball State website information on the coronavirus. Most questions are answered there. In the event the caller insists on speaking to someone, please route them accordingly.”
