In 2019, the Technology HelpDesk introduced a feature to allow end users to start an online chat with Ball State Information, in addition to the existing available chat with the Technology HelpDesk. Information Technology is now working with Marketing & Communications to add this feature to the main Ball State website, bsu.edu. This will make it available to anyone who visits bsu.edu and will allow it to become more visible as an alternative to a phone call for information about Ball State.

We’re currently working through the implementation and it should be live on the main bsu.edu website sometime in the next few weeks.
