What happens when you combine curiosity, dedication, and a laid-back sense of humor that never fails to make people smile?
You get Chloe Lloyd!

Chloe is a specialist on the User Experience Team and is wrapping up a communications major and information technology minor. Her inquisitive nature and dedication to learning have made her an incredibly impactful member of our team.
As a curious, detail-oriented person, “what if?” is one of Chloe’s favorite questions to ask, which has come in very handy in her work as a UX specialist.
Although Chloe’s skill set ranges over multiple disciplines, she believes all of them demonstrate her love for “connecting with people and learning about them and [herself].” Her love of connection has formed great, long-lasting friendships within and outside of the Corps.
In addition to her UX work, Chloe’s “pride and joy” is the independent student film production team she runs, She-Bear Cinema. When Chloe first took charge of the team, there were only four members. Today, there are 12—a testament to Chloe’s leadership and encouragement. Over the years, She-Bear Cinema has sparked collaboration, relationship-building, and personal growth for all those involved, thanks to Chloe’s extraordinary ability to bring people together.
After graduation, Chloe plans to move back to Ohio with her husband and find work that continues her trajectory from Ball State and the Digital Corps and, of course, connects her with other people.
While we are sad to see her go, we are so excited to see what Chloe’s future holds and wish her the best as she navigates new opportunities outside of the Corps!
