Madison Lindsay, BUPD 2020, is the winner of a scholarship from Institute of Transportation Engineers of Indiana. The award helped to  fund her last semester at Ball State in fall 2020. She currently works for Form G, a private development company in Clarksville, Ind., and is studying toward an MPA from IU.

The scholarship competition is dominated by engineering schools; the last Ball State winner was Tim Gustafson in 2003-04. He earned his BUPD in 2004 and is currently a senior planner at Epstein Architecture, Engineering, and Construction in Chicago.
