What made you choose Ball State?

I chose Ball State because it felt like home. The moment I stepped on campus for a visit, everyone greeted me with a smile. Also, Ball State is a nationally ranked program for Elementary Education. I knew I would be set up for success from day one.

What made you want to become an educator/teacher?

My parents are my biggest inspiration, and both were educators. I have always wanted to be a role model for all students. I want to foster success in all my students, and I know that education is a way that I can do that.

Do you have any plans for what you would like to do after you graduate?

I would like to return home to Middlebury Community Schools and be an elementary teacher.

Do you have any hobbies? If so, what?

I love to play tennis, run, and spend time with family and friends.

Fun fact about yourself:

I have a twin brother and I own racehorses with my family.

My professors at Ball State have set me up for success both inside and outside of the classroom. I would not be where I am today without my family, friends, teachers, and professors.
