One Ball State Day
One Ball State Day was held on Tuesday, April 5, 2022. The university raised over $1 million thanks to the generosity of the cardinal community. Save the date for the next One Ball State Day, which will be held on Wednesday, April 5, 2023.

Global Partnerships: Egypt
Teachers College Dean Anand Marri and four Ball State faculty members (three from TC) visited Egypt as part of a partnership with El Rabwa Network in August 2022. Learn more.
Camp Adventure
Captain Barrington Irving, a Guinness World Record setting pilot visited Camp Adventure on June 27, 2022, as part of the Flying Classroom. Learn more.
Ryan Family Scholars
The Director of the Ryan Family Navigator Program, John Anderson, welcomed the current cohort of Ryan Family Scholars on campus on August 18, 2022, for a program orientation. Learn more about the Ryan Family Scholars and Navigator Program.
Indiana Academy for Science, Mathematics, and Humanities
Since 2006, the Indiana Academy for Science, Mathematics, and Humanities has participated in an international exchange program with Sankt Afra, a boarding school for high ability students located in Meissen, Germany. For a collaborative project with Sankt Afra this year, students participated in the Academy’s annual Harlem Renaissance party on September 28, 2022. Learn more.
Camp Achieve
After a two-year hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Camp Achieve returned this summer. Camp Achieve is Ball State’s annual five-week summer social skills autism day camp for children 6-12 years of age. Learn more.

The Dean’s List Reception was held on September 16, 2022, during Family Weekend. Learn more.
Jump Start Program
This year, 50 Teachers College (TC) incoming freshmen leapt at the chance to come to campus early to participate in the Jump Start program. Free to participants, Jump Start is a three-day transition program for incoming students enrolled in TC, the College of Communication, Information, and Media, and the College of Sciences and Humanities.
