“We are excited to have Emily on the team with her project management, help desk support, customer service, documentation and reporting, Python (proficient), Microsoft Office skills that makes her a great asset to Ball State University,” Assistant Director of the Enterprise Project Management Office, Cindy Cash, said.
Hiatt lives in Muncie with her husband and two sons. She is also dedicated to her community. She is a volunteer at the Center Chapel Church, where she served as a youth group leader from 2014-2020 and now works as a lay leader.
“I’m looking forward to constantly being challenged. No two days are ever the same, and the issues can be varied and complex. It’s been great getting to solve problems here at the Foundation while still getting a view of the bigger picture of how IT support is handled across BSU campus,” Hiatt stated.
