At Ball State University, the Cardinals Care Pledge engages students, faculty, and staff in endeavors that enhance the social vitality of our community and state during the COVID-19 pandemic. We are taking additional steps that reflect our social responsibility to care for our campus and community.
Ball State began serving as a COVID-19 vaccination site on March 19 by opening a vaccination clinic on campus. The College of Health Interprofessional Community Clinics hosts the clinic in collaboration with the Delaware County Health Department and supported by the generosity of a grant from the Ball Brothers Foundation.
We have successfully mitigated the spread of COVID-19 by working together and following CDC protocols. Another active step is to get vaccinated. You are highly encouraged to get vaccinated as soon as you are eligible. As of March 31, 2021, anyone over the age of 16 can make an appointment to get their vaccination.
Vaccines are distributed by appointment only, so individuals must register and meet the state’s eligibility criteria to schedule an appointment at the clinic on our campus. The COVID-19 vaccine clinic on campus will be open to anyone who is registered through the state. To make an appointment, please visit ourshot.in.gov or call 211.
