As of Monday, November 30, the Financial Information Systems and Technology team, led by Director Jeff George, is now part of the Division of Information Technology. Jeff’s team includes Enda Carey, Brenda Clark, Kathy Gaydos, and Fred Nay and will continue to work in their current offices in the Administration Building.
The Financial Information Systems and Technology team was previously part of Business Affairs and provides several business-critical technology services and support for the university, including:
- Support for campus wide reporting for Payroll and Controller’s Office (Evision’s Argos reporting)
- Maintenance of the campus-wide campus ID system (CBORD’s CS Gold)
- Maintenance of the university time and attendance system (Kronos)
- Support for the daily processes and security for Payroll and Controller’s Office (Ellucian’s Banner HR and Banner Finance)
