Information Security Services is happy to announce that Mike West has joined their team as an Enterprise Security Engineer. Mike is formerly a Data Integration Specialist in ITS and has 9 years of experience in IT at Ball State. Mike’s new duties will include network and user behavioral analysis, vulnerability management, incident response, and other security operations center duties.

Tobey Coffman, Director of Information Security Systems, is happy to have Mike’s services in the department.
