Cindy Cash, a Functional Area Technical Liaison in the Enterprise Project Support Office and a Certified Laughter Yoga Specialist, is leading another Laughter Yoga Session in collaboration with the David Owlsey Museum of Art and Working Well at Ball State. The session is scheduled for Friday, December 11, at 1:00pm and you must register by Thursday, December 10, in order to participate.

Laughter Yoga is like a low-impact aerobic exercise (cardio workout), which brings more oxygen to the body and brain, thereby making one feel more energetic and relaxed. Join us to participate in a little online Laughter Yoga to relieve the stress of everyday life.”
