The Ball State Digital Corps is pleased to announce the addition of Mike Modesitt to their creative team. Mike joins the Digital Corps as the Senior Academic Support Strategist.
Mike studied at Wabash College before earning his PhD in Experimental High Energy Physics from Purdue University in 1994 while conducting research in Ithaca, New York. He soon turned his attention to higher education and joined Ball State University in 2000 to serve as the Director of Technology at the Teachers College. Mike’s keen eye for smart, efficient problem solving was a tremendous asset as the Teachers College became trendsetters for adopting new technology, and these same skills are crucial in his continued role at the Digital Corps.
According to Brandon Smith, Director of the APSO and the Digital Corps,
“Mike will utilize his extensive background in hardware and development to support the technical needs of the Digital Corps and our clients. His years of working with faculty on technology implementation makes him uniquely positioned to offer in-depth support to our campus partners.”
Please welcome Mike to his new role in the Digital Corps.
