The Office of Working Well has several solutions to help Ball State employees cope with the COVID-19 pandemic, including:

    • Staying physically active at home, including videos of how to properly perform each exercise.
    • Dealing with stress and anxiety through Lifeworks and other mental health resources.
    • Adapting to working remotely, including tips and videos.
    • Remotely visiting museums, zoos, and aquariums like the Louvre in Paris, the British Museum in London, or the National Gallery of Art in Washington, D.C.
