The Ball State University Foundation Board of Directors guide the direction and oversee the fiduciary responsibilities of the Foundation. Dedicated, diverse, and distinguished, these volunteers bring years of business expertise, community involvement, and loyal support in their role as advisors and visionary leaders. With national representation, each board member serves on a committee that best utilizes their area of expertise, including finance, investments, philanthropy, and governance.

On May 1, 2025, Kevin Lansberry, ’86 joined the Foundation Board of Directors, being elected to serve a three-year term. Kevin is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Disney Experiences. In his role, Kevin is responsible for the financial planning and fiscal management of domestic and international theme parks and resorts, Disney Cruise Line, Disney Vacation Club, Adventures by Disney, Walt Disney Imagineering, Global Business Development, and Consumer Products.

In his 39 years with the company, Kevin has held a wide breadth of roles in Finance, Business Development, Alliances, and Operations.

Kevin assumed the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Walt Disney Parks and Resorts, in May 2017, which was expanded in March of 2018 to include Consumer Products. He also served as the interim Chief Financial Officer for The Walt Disney Company from July through December 2023.

Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Ball State University and a Master of Business Administration from the Crummer School of Business at Rollins College.
