Behind each of the 12 items lies a fundamental need that employees and teams require to be successful.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Q2.\u00a0 I have the materials and equipment I need to do my work right.\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Free Me from Unnecessary Stress:<\/strong>\u00a0 Employees need the resources, such as materials, equipment and information, to reach the outcomes they are attempting to achieve.
