Did you participate in any extracurricular activities in high school?<\/span><\/h3>\n

During high school I was involved with drama club, academic team, quiz bowl, student council, art club, science club, book club, Jobs For America\u2019s Graduates, GSA, Women\u2019s Empowerment club, Poetry Out Loud, and National Honors Society. Outside of school, I am a participant of National Novel Writing Month and Poetry Ourselves.<\/p>\n

What makes you want to become an educator\/teacher?<\/span><\/h3>\n

I am choosing to become an art teacher because of my passion for creation and expression, future interactions with students on a daily basis, and the ability to make an impact and difference in the world.<\/p>\n

What made you choose Ball State?<\/span><\/h3>\n

I chose Ball State University to further my education because of fantastic education and art programs, the affordable tuition costs, and the convenient location of campus.<\/p>\n

When you think about heading to college in the fall, is there something you are most excited about\/looking forward to?<\/span><\/h3>\n

I am most excited about my art classes and getting to move into the dorms.<\/p>\n

Do you have any hobbies? If so, what?<\/span><\/h3>\n

My hobbies include painting, writing, reading, playing video games, and watching movies.<\/p>\n
