Her focus includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pre-service teacher self-efficacy<\/li>\n<li>Culturally sustaining and critical pedagogy<\/li>\n<li>Cultural humility<\/li>\n<li>White critical consciousness<\/li>\n<li>Digital communities of practice<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>She enjoys exploring how teachers develop a critical lens and an awareness of the cultural and social contexts surrounding their work.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAs a licensed Science teacher, I tend to spend my days observing the multitude of phenomena in our everyday lives,\u201d she explains. Advocate for yourself and others. Know your worth.
