Rachelle is a current SAAHE (Student Affairs in Higher Education) masters student doing her practicum as a study abroad advisor at the Rinker Center for Global Affairs. She graduated with her bachelor’s from Western Washington University and during that time she was able to study abroad in Nagasaki, Japan for four months. After graduation, she returned to Japan to teach English and was able to live in various prefectures for over 5 years (see her Japan travel recommendations below). After graduating with her masters, she hopes to continue to help students study abroad at other institutions.
