Motivate Our Minds

Motivate Our Minds is an after-school enrichment program for children in grades kindergarten through 8th grade. Motivate Our Minds says it is “always looking for volunteers who are willing to donate their time in helping us; from helping in the classrooms, in the garden, in the kitchen, riding the MITS bus and more.” They are currently in need of people to help in their garden space and drive one of the 4 buses to transport students from their local schools to Motivate Our Minds.

 

Muncie Community Schools

Muncie Community Schools is always looking for volunteers in and out of the classroom.

Volunteers Needed to Help with Student Reading Program at MCS
Muncie Community Schools (MCS) is seeking volunteers to help with its reading program for second- and third-graders. Volunteers will help students improve their reading skills and boost their confidence to pass IREAD in Spring 2025.

Looking to get outdoors while giving back to our community? Join Red-tail for two opportunities to remove invasive plant species to make room for native plants and wildlife to thrive in our nature preserves!

What: Honeysuckle Removal and Vegetation Trimming

What to bring: Your favorite pair of work gloves. If you don’t have any, gloves and safety glasses will be provided.
