What is Ball State Journalism Workshop’s Summer Workshops?<\/h2>\n

Located at Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana, this uniquely-structured workshop offers cutting edge courses\u00a0for staffs and advisers in our state-of-the-art facilities on one of the most beautiful college campuses in the nation.<\/p>\n

Our faculty ranks among the best, including national award-winning collegiate and faculty instructors whose media have earned the highest honors as well as digital media professionals who transfer their real-world experience to practical applications for students to take back to their staffs. Journalists and advisers will attend a five-day workshop to hone the skills necessary to hit the ground running when school resumes in the fall.<\/p>\n

Of course, the fun factor of BSU Journalism Workshops Summer Workshops is off the charts! With a volleyball tournament and\u00a0game nights, free time is filled with activities. For more than 50 years, BSU Journalism Workshops has set trends and trained staff members, student leaders and advisers in broadcast, web, news, yearbook, social media, mobile journalism and more in our innovative programs using cutting-edge technology.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

With our theme, “Journalism Live”, Ball State Journalism Workshops 2018 will focus on the fast-paced, cutting edge aspects of Journalism today. Students should leave Workshops 2018 empowered to tell better stories and work together to create their best publication with the tools and resources available to them.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Staffs who attended together had dedicated time to collaborate, bond and create tools to prepare them for a successful school year.<\/span><\/p>\n
