As a result of the university’s decision to move to online teaching for the rest of the Spring semester, Information Technology is taking steps to provide faculty with many resources to transition their classes online. Working in collaboration with Online and Strategic Learning, Laura Petty and her team in UTS have set up a Keep Teaching and Working<\/em> web page<\/a> with information and links to resources for online teaching, especially for using Canvas effectively. In addition, we have added links to this page from the main IT website<\/a> and from myBSU<\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n

As always, our friendly and efficient Technology HelpDesk staff will be available to provide information and answer questions about using online resources, Canvas, and other technical support issues as they arise. Faculty can also contact Instructure’s Technical Support for Canvas at 1-833-737-0515<\/strong>, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
