More details will be forthcoming.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>In early January, President Mearns announced his initiative to host campus conversations with each vice presidential unit and academic college. As the president indicated in his communication, these discussions will allow the him to directly share more information about some of the important initiatives underway, and also to respond to your questions and hear your thoughts directly.<\/p>\n<p>The president has scheduled two meeting times for Information Technology, with the hope that one of these times works for your schedule:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Thursday, March 19 from 11:00am &#8211; Noon<\/strong>\u00a0<del>in Room 301-302, Student Center<\/del> via WebEx<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px\">Event Address &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/ballstate.webex.com\/ballstate\/onstage\/g.php?MTID=e5a2acae5514f277320a61458d78b6791\">https:\/\/ballstate.webex.com\/ballstate\/onstage\/g.php?MTID=e5a2acae5514f277320a61458d78b6791<\/a><br \/>\nEvent Password \u2013 President<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Wednesday, April 8\u00a0from\u00a04:00 &#8211; 5:00pm<\/strong>\u00a0<del>in Meeting Room 1, Alumni Center<\/del> via WebEx<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In the event you cannot attend either session, the president will also hold two or three other open forums. Dates and times for these open forums have not yet been announced.<\/p>\n<p>I would encourage you to consider attending one of these sessions, or one of the open sessions if those work better for your schedule.
