The\u00a0Digital Literature <\/em>Review<\/em>\u00a0is an academic journal edited, produced, and published by undergraduate students partnered with the\u00a0English Department<\/a>\u00a0at\u00a0Ball State University<\/a>. Our goal is to showcase the valuable contributions of hardworking, creative students from all over the world.<\/p>\n

This website is also home to the DLR Blog<\/a>. Each semester the students of the Digital Literature Review contribute blog posts related to the topic of the journal, ranging from film analyses, interviews, creative writing, and more.<\/p>\n

The DLR team will soon be seeking submissions for our eighth issue, “Food Matters in Literature and Culture.” We welcome original, engaging, scholarly submissions that consider representations of food in a variety of media. In particular, we are interested in essays that consider food as vehicle for exploring issues of inequity and empowerment, including but not limited to race, gender, class, ability, sexuality, and nationality. We also welcome submissions that examine representations of food amidst the current COVID-19 public health crisis. Read the full submission guidelines here<\/a>.<\/p>\n
