After high school, she entered the workforce and quickly discovered her passion for serving others. Later, she pursued higher education and earned an Associate Degree in Business Administration &amp; Management. With over a decade of experience in administrative and accounting support roles, Amy brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team. She is also actively involved in her community, volunteering for Operation Christmas Child as an Administrative Support and Media Support Team Member for the East Central IN Area Team. Most recently, she worked as a retail operations manager at Oscar de la Renta, focusing on inventory management and supporting her team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. She is passionate about working alongside communities to ensure everyone has access to healthcare and healthy opportunities. Theresa is currently pursuing a Doctor of Public Health degree at Johns Hopkins University. Since then, she has been employed by Ball State, holding roles at the Foundation, and, most recently, at University Schools, where she oversees budgeting for Burris Laboratory School, Indiana Academy, and Charter Schools.
