She brings a background in residence life and housing, student affairs, student programming, and student leadership.

Prior to her current role, Sarah served as the Assistant Director of Student Success for the College of Sciences and Humanities at Ball State University, where she supervised the Student Success Hub and supported a wide range of student success initiatives.

Before arriving at Ball State, Sarah held multiple roles in residence life and housing at institutions across Indiana and Michigan, including Director of Residence Life and Student Conduct, Director of Community Life, Residence Life Coordinator, and Student Success Coach.

She earned her MEd in Higher Education Leadership from Oakland University (MI).

After years of leading workshops and training sessions for residence life professional staff and resident assistants, covering topics such as conflict mediation, crisis response, and community building.
This Fall, Sarah is broadening her experience, by stepping into the classroom, to co-lead the College of Health’s new L.A.U.N.C.H. Program. This program is designed to help students explore career pathways, build essential skills, and prepare for professional practice or graduate education.

As a first-generation college graduate, Sarah is especially committed to ensuring students are aware of and connected to campus and community resources that support their success. She is passionate about helping students achieve their academic, professional, and personal goals through her work with the L.A.U.N.C.H. Program.

Outside of work, Sarah enjoys reading, crafting, spending time with friends, volunteering in her community, and taking her dog, Sadie, on long walks.
