Dr. Larry Gerstein stands in front of the Pakistan Monument in Islamabad. It is a national landmark representing the country’s unity, cultural diversity, and history. Completed in 2007 on Shakarparian Hill, the flower-shaped structure features four large petals (Punjab, Sindh, Balochistan, Pashtun) and three smaller ones (territories), surrounding a central star.
