
Amy Weimer
Amy Weimer, Administrative Assistant to the Associate Dean and Academic Affairs Coordinator.
Amy is a native of Muncie, Indiana, and a graduate of Muncie Northside High School. After high school, she entered the workforce and quickly discovered her passion for serving others. Later, she pursued higher education and earned an Associate Degree in Business Administration & Management. With over a decade of experience in administrative and accounting support roles, Amy brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team. She is also actively involved in her community, volunteering for Operation Christmas Child as an Administrative Support and Media Support Team Member for the East Central IN Area Team. Amy enjoys reading, knitting, journaling, and spending quality time with her family in her free time.

Sofia Jas
Sofia Jas, Administrative Assistant
With a background in journalism, Sofia has developed strong communication and interpersonal skills throughout her career. Most recently, she worked as a retail operations manager at Oscar de la Renta, focusing on inventory management and supporting her team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Sofia enjoys regularly practicing yoga, crocheting, and thrift shopping outside of work.

Theresa Mince
Theresa Mince, Director of the Office for Field Education and Community Outreach.
She previously served as the Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program Coordinator for Alabama Extension and has over 10 years of experience in community-engaged work. She is passionate about working alongside communities to ensure everyone has access to healthcare and healthy opportunities. Theresa is currently pursuing a Doctor of Public Health degree at Johns Hopkins University. In her free time, she enjoys trying new recipes, exploring new places and spending time outdoors.
Emily Williams, Director of Budget and Resource Planning for the College of Health.
She has a degree in accounting, and is a Certified Public Accountant who previously worked in public accounting at KPMG. Since then, she has been employed by Ball State, holding roles at the Foundation, and, most recently, at University Schools, where she oversees budgeting for Burris Laboratory School, Indiana Academy, and Charter Schools. Emily has loved living in Muncie since 2018 and enjoys being involved in a local church, spending time with her husband and friends, and binge-watching a good show outside of work.
