Angela Dailey

Angela Dailey, MSW, LCSW
Assistant Clinical Lecturer & Clinical Director for the Healthy Lifestyle Center

Congratulations to Angela Dailey on being selected as the Clinician of the Month. Angie is a faculty member in our Department of Social Work.  Angie is being recognized for her leadership role with our Healthy Lifestyle Center. Angie serves as the Clinical Director for the Healthy Lifestyle Center (HLC) where she manages day-to-day operations, supervises clinic appointmetns and community events, and oversees a team of eight graduate students in delivering free health screenings, services and education to community members. Ms. Dailey’s amazing organizational abilities allow her to manage the rigorous on and off-campus schedule for the HLC while also providing mentorship to the HLC graduate students. Angie guides and encourages the HLC team members to explore professional development opportunities and new ways to engage community members through health and wellness programming. Angie brings her professional experiences in mental health therapy and resource connection as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to the HLC, where the team and our community members benefit from her multifaceted clinical background and experience.

Dawn Condon

Dawn Condon, M.A., CCC-SLP
Associate Clinical Lecturer

Congratulations to Dawn Condon on being selected as the clinician of the Month. Dawn is a faculty member in our Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology Department. Dawn is being recognized for her involvement and leadership with program development for individuals diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease who are experiencing voice, swallowing and/or cognitive disorders. Dawn has been the recipient of the Parkinson Voice Project ®. grant, an educational grant that gives faculty and graduate students the opportunity to complete their training at no cost. Dawn has received this grant each year since 2020. Dawn also serves in a leadership role for the Parkinson’s Support Group of East Central Indiana, supporting individuals in the community that have or have been touched by Parkinson’s Disease. In addition to coordinating programs and opportunities for patients with Parkinson’s Disease, Dawn teaches undergraduate and graduate courses, supervises student clinicians in our on-campus clinic and coordinates off site hearing screenings for our students to complete, giving them experience in a school setting. Dawn is a compassionate and caring speech-language pathologist and shows great pride in helping her students and patients

Laura Fragomeni, Au.D., CH-TM
Audiologist

Dr. Fragomeni graduated with her bachelor’s degree in Deaf Education an Early Childhood Special Education in 2000 from Ball State University and in 2008 with her Doctorate in Audiology from Ball State University. She has worked as an Itinerant teacher of Deaf and Hard of Hearing students from preschool through high school. As an audiologist, she has worked in many different settings, including private practice, University settings, Veteran’s Administration, and long-term healthcare centers.
Dr. Fragomeni’s unwavering dedication to supervision and mentoring students has made a significant impact, fostering growth and confidence among future professionals. Patients consistently benefit from her exceptional skills and expertise, receiving top-notch care and support. Additionally, her tremendous initiative in driving new projects within the audiology clinic has been truly inspiring, contributing to the clinic’s continued success. She is passionate about enhance quality of life for the aging population through better hearing healthcare. In addition, she holds specialized certification for tinnitus management.
Dr. Fragomeni is a member of the Academy of Doctors of Audiology (ADA), the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA), and the Indiana Speech Language Hearing Association (ISHA). She resides in Yorktown with her husband and three children. They enjoy spending time watching movies and vacationing at the beach. She also enjoys book club and walks around the neighborhood.

Nick Lee

Nicholas Lee, Ph.D., HSPP
Assistant Professor

We are honored to nominate colleague, Dr. Nick Lee, for the COH February Clinician of the Month. Dr. Lee completed his PhD in Counseling Psychology through our department and joined the faculty in Fall 2023. He completed his pre-doctoral internship at Iowa State University Student Counseling Service. Dr. Lee has extensive full-time clinical experience, including working at Open Door Health Center here in Muncie and has previously held a faculty position. Dr. Lee’s scholarly interests entail psychotherapy process and outcome, couple and family therapy interventions, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT), clinical training, and the intersection of chronic health issues and relationship well-being.
We were excited for Dr. Lee to bring his years of clinical expertise to our department, particularly his experience working with couples and families. His contributions to the Counseling Practicum Clinic have been invaluable. Our students have relished the opportunity to learn and grow from Dr. Lee in the formal classroom as well as through practicum training and individual mentoring and guidance.

Mary Ewing

Mary Ewing, M.A., CCC-SLP, BCS-S, CLC
Associate Clinical Lecturer

Congratulations to Mary Ewing on being selected as the clinician of the Month. Mary is a faculty member in our Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology Department. Mary is being recognized for her involvement and leadership with the development of a pediatric dysphagia clinic at the Ball State University Speech-Language Clinic. Mary was a co-recipient of the Woman of Beneficence Grant in 2023 which supported the initial funding for the new pediatric dysphagia clinic. Mary teaches undergraduate and graduate courses and supervises student clinicians in our on-campus clinic. She also teaches an Immersive Learning course, giving students experience working with community partners and analyzing fluid viscosities used to treat dysphagia. Mary is a doctoral student at Ball State University working on an EdD in Adult and Community Education. Mary goes above and beyond for her students, patients and their families and is a great role model and mentor for future speech-language pathologists.
