The American Dairy Association, Indiana Inc. teamed up with the College of Health to feature the second in their lecture series, this time on sustainability. This free webinar featured speakers from architecture, agriculture, and business disciplines.

- Robert J. Koester, AIA LEED AP, is a tenured Professor of Architecture at Ball State University, teaching Design-for Sustainability. He is the Founding Director of the Academy for Sustainability, the Center for Energy Research/Education/Service (CERES) at Ball State University (BSU), and the Founding Chair of the Council on the Environment (COTE).
- Erin Fitzgerald serves as CEO of the U.S. Farmers & Ranchers in Action® (USFRA®), representing farmers, ranchers, and food and agricultural partners who share a common vision to further our global sustainable food systems. Previously, Erin Fitzgerald served as Senior Vice President, Global Sustainability for the Innovation Center for U.S. Dairy, conducting an environmental impact assessment leading to an industry-wide voluntary carbon reduction goal of 25 percent by 2020.
- Sam Miller is the Director of Undergraduate Studies for Innovation & Entrepreneurship at the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business. He is founder and president of Provoyant Corporation, a strategic foresight and innovation consultancy that provides training and exploratory research for companies and organizations seeking to understand and act upon emerging opportunities.
